Extending neutral host from pilot to national framework
The ONE WORD programme proved outdoor neutral host works technically. The current phase is about operator integration, network expansion and an agreed commercial framework that councils and MNOs can both sign.

Extending the Cardiff network toward Central Square and Station Square; scaling Bath city centre usage from zero to 1,000+ people per day on event days; and continuing the Shrewsbury Quarry Park events programme.

Building a commercial Neutral Host framework in collaboration with major UK MNOs and neutral host operators including Cornerstone, Denseair, Freshwave and Ontix.
